Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a synthetic adrenocortical hormone agent (steroid), and it improves symptoms of the skin such as itchiness, redness and swelling by inflammations. It is usually used for the treatment of eczema, dermatitis, etc. It is not used for inflammations caused by infections with bacteria/fungi, etc., as a basic rule. It cannot be used for skin ulcers, serious burns or frostbites, since the medicine may delay the healing process.

If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with skin infections by bacteria/fungi, etc., abnormalities of the eardrum, skin ulcers, burns, and frostbites.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

General dosage regimen: Apply a suitable amount of the medicine to the affected area, once to several times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

Pay attention so that the medicine does not get into the eyes.

Never apply the medicine for cosmetic purposes, under a makeup, after a shave, etc.

Pay special attention when applying the medicine to where a diaper touches, and follow the instructions for use.

If you missed a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose.

If you used too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.

Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Precautions while taking this medicine

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: folliculitis (suppuration of pores), furuncle (boil), steroid acne, skin stimulation, rash, etc.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

(When applying the medicine to the eyelid, for extended periods, or over a wide range) headache, foggy vision, pain in the eyes, sensitive to light[ocular hypertension, glaucoma, posterior subcapsular cataract]

Storage conditions and other information

Keep the medicine out of the reach of children. Store it at room temperature (1 to 30℃), away from direct sunlight and moisture.
