Effects of this medicine
This medicine blocks alpha-1 receptors and beta receptors to dilate blood vessels, thus lowering blood pressure.
It is usually used for the treatment of essential hypertension or hypertension due to pheochromocytoma.

If you previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you have cardiogenic shock, bradycardia, atrioventricular block, sinoatrial block or heart failure.
If you have diabetic ketoacidosis or metabolic acidosis.
If you are at risk of asthma or bronchospasm.

If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

General dosage regimen: For adults, start with 1 tablet (10mg of the active ingredient) taken at a time, twice daily. If the efficacy is insufficient, the dose may be increased gradually up to 3 tablets (30mg) at a time, taken twice daily. The dose may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

If you have missed a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Precautions while taking this medicine

The medicine may cause dizziness, dizziness on standing up, etc. due to lowered blood pressure. Pay close attention when you work at heights, drive a car or operate dangerous machinery.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
