Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a synthetic adrenocortical hormonal agent (steroid) that has an anti-inflammatory effect and an anti-allergic effect, and thus it alleviates the symptoms of allergic reactions such as swelling or itching.
It is usually used for the treatment of various skin diseases such as eczema, a group of dermatitis, psoriasis, a group of prurigo, insect sting, etc.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you have skin infections due to bacteria, fungi, spirochetes or viruses.
If you have skin diseases due to animal toxin such as scabies or hair lice.
If you have otitis externa with a hole in the eardrum.
If you have ulceration, burns or frostbite in the skin.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

General dosage regimen: Apply an appropriate amount of the cream to the affected skin area once to several times per day. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

Do not use the cream to/around the eyes.

If you have missed a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT use double doses to make up for the missed dose.

If you used too much of the cream (more than ordered), wipe it off as soon as possible.

Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Precautions while taking this medicine

Do not use it for a cosmetic makeup base or after shaving.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: skin irritation, itching, rash, burning sensation, contact dermatitis, steroid-induced dermatoses (skin atrophy, etc.), steroid-induced acne (pimples), rosacea-like dermatitis (red dots on the nose and cheeks), perioral dermatitis, etc.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

general malaise, loss of appetite, disturbed consciousness (feel dizzy) [function depression of pituitary adrenal system]

sharp eye pain, headache, decreased vision [posterior subcapsular cataract, glaucoma]
