Dosage |
Vitalipid N Adult Adult & childn ≥11 yr 1 amp added to 500 mL of Intralipid 10% or 20%. Vitalipid N Infant Childn >2.5 kg & <11 yr Up to 10 mL/day added to Intralipid 10% or 20%. Infant ≤2.5 kg 4 mL/kg/day.
