Indications |
Prevention of cervical, vulvar & vag cancer, genital warts & precancerous or dysplastic lesions eg cervical adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) grades 2 or 3, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) grades 2 & 3, vag intraepithelial neoplasia (VaIN) grades 2 & 3, CIN grade 1 in girls & women 9-45 yr. Prevention of genital warts caused by HPV types 6 & 11 in males 9-26 yr.

Dosage |
0.5 mL IM in the deltoid region of the upper arm or in the higher anterolateral area of the thigh, according to the following schedule: 1st dose: At elected date; 2nd dose: 2 mth after the 1st dose; 3rd dose: 6 mth after the 1st dose.

Special Precautions |
Not for treatment of active external genital lesions; cervical, vulvar, vag or anal cancers; CIN, VIN or VaIN or AIN. Impaired immune response, thrombocytopenia or any coagulation disorder. Do not inject intravascularly, SC or intradermal. Pregnancy. Adult >45 yr. Childn <9 yr.
