Dosage |
Adult & elderly 5 mg in the evening, just prior to retiring. Dose can be increased to 10 mg following a 1-mth clinical assessment. Max: 10 mg/day.

Special Precautions |
Sick sinus syndrome, supraventricular cardiac conduction conditions, history of ulcer disease or concomitant intake of NSAIDs, history of asthma or obstructive pulmonary disease. Lactation. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Diarrhoea, muscle cramps, fatigue, nausea, vomiting & insomnia. Common cold, anorexia, psychiatric & GI disorders, dizziness, syncope, rash, pruritus, urinary incontinence, headache, fatigue, pain, accident.

Drug Interactions |
Anaesth, medications w/ anticholinergic activity, succinylcholine, other neuromuscular blockers or cholinergic agonists, CYP3A4 & CYP2D6 inhibitors, enzyme inducers, β-blockers.
