Dosage |
Spiriva HandiHaler Inhale the contents of 1 cap once daily w/ the HandiHaler inhalation device at the same time of day. Spiriva Respimat 2 puffs once daily at the same time of the day.

Contraindications |
Hypersensitivity to atropine or its derivatives.

Special Precautions |
Not for initial treatment of acute episodes of bronchospasm. Narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia or bladder-neck obstruction. Moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl ≤50 mL/min). Avoid contact w/ eyes. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr (cap for inhalation).

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Dry mouth; dizziness, headache, taste disorders, blurred vision, atrial fibrillation, cough, pharyngitis, dysphonia, stomatitis, GERD, constipation, nausea, rash, dysuria, urinary retention.
