Glaucoma. Cross-tolerance to other nitrates & nitrites. |

Drug Interactions |
May potentiate hypotensive effect w/ other vasodilators, Ca antagonists, ACE inhibitors, β-blockers, alcohol, sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil.
