Indications |
Treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy. |

Dosage |
Adult >18 yr 1 tab daily. Severe diabetic polyneuropathy 1 amp as short IV infusion over 20-30 min several times wkly to once daily for 2-4 wk. |

Administration |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take 30 min before meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.). |

Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Tab Nausea, vomiting, stomach & intestinal pain, diarrhoea, rash, urticaria, itching, vertigo, sweating, headache, disturbances in vision. Amp Feeling of pressure in the head, resp oppression, allergic reactions, cramps, double vision, purpura, thrombopathies.

Drug Interactions |
May diminish effect of cisplatin. May potentiate hypoglycemic effect of insulin or oral antidiabetics. Avoid alcohol.
