Administration |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before or 2 hr after meals.). |
Contraindications |
Liver disease. Pregnancy & lactation. |
Special Precautions |
Decreased WBC count. History of liver disease. Fever. Renal impairment. Neutropenia. Interstitial lung disease. |
Adverse Drug Reactions |
Tiredness, malaise, elevation of hepatic enzymes (transaminases), headache, dizziness, oral paraesthesia, somnolence, tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain.
