Indications |
Treatment of hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing the growth including length, thickness & darkness. |
Dosage |
Place 1 drop on disposable sterile applicator & apply evenly along the skin of the upper eyelid margin at the base of the eyelashes, once daily in the evening. |
Special Precautions |
Concomitant use w/ other prostaglandin analogs for IOP reduction. Possibility of increased iris & periorbital tissue pigmentation. Avoid contact w/ skin surface other than treatment area. Active intraocular inflammation eg uveitis; aphakic or pseudophakic patients w/ torn posterior lens capsule or w/ known risk factors for macular edema. Bacterial keratitis associated w/ container contamination. Contact lenses should be removed prior to application & reinserted 15 min following administration. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. |
Adverse Drug Reactions |
Eye pruritus, conjunctival hyperemia, skin hyperpigmentation, ocular irritation, dry eye symptoms & erythema of the eyelid.
