INDICATIONS AND USAGE
ZITHROMAX is a macrolide antibacterial indicated for mild to moderate infections caused by designated, susceptible bacteria:

To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of ZITHORMAX and other antibacterial drugs, ZITHROMAX should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria.
