警告和注意事项
• 胃肠道穿孔和瘘管：因胃肠道穿孔、气管食管瘘、4级瘘管或涉及任何器官的瘘管形成而停药。
• 手术和伤口愈合并发症：对于在Alymsys治疗期间出现伤口愈合并发症的患者，请停止使用Alymsys直至足够伤口愈合。在择期手术前至少保留28天。在大手术后至少28天内不要使用Alymsys，直到足够在伤口愈合并发症解决后恢复贝伐单抗产品的安全性尚未确定。因伤口愈合而停药坏死性筋膜炎的并发症。
• 出血：已发生严重或致命的出血。近期咯血请勿给药。3-4级出血停止。
• 动脉血栓栓塞事件(ATE)：严重的ATE停止。
• 静脉血栓栓塞事件(VTE)：停止4级VTE。
• 高血压：监测血压并治疗高血压。如果没有得到药物控制，则不予控制；一旦控制就恢复。高血压停止危象或高血压脑病。
• 后部可逆性脑病综合征(PRES)：停药。
• 肾损伤和蛋白尿：监测尿蛋白。因肾病综合征停药。保留至尿液中蛋白质少于2克。
• 输液相关反应：降低输液相关反应的发生率。对严重的输液相关反应停药并进行药物治疗。
• 胚胎-胎儿毒性：可能对胎儿造成伤害。建议女性对胎儿有潜在风险并需要使用有效的避孕措施。
• 卵巢功能衰竭：告知女性潜在风险。
• 充血性心力衰竭(CHF)：停用发生CHF的Alymsys住院患者。
不良反应
最常见的不良反应发生率（发生率>10%）是鼻出血、头痛、高血压、鼻炎、蛋白尿、味觉改变、皮肤干燥、出血、流泪障碍、背痛和剥脱性皮炎。

ALYMSYS(bevacizumab-maly)in the U.S. is a vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of:
Metastatic colorectal cancer, in combination with intravenous fluorouracil-based chemotherapy for first or second-line treatment.
Metastatic colorectal cancer, in combination with fluoropyrimidine-irinotecan- or fluoropyrimidine-oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy for second-line treatment in patients who have progressed on a first-line bevacizumab product-containing regimen.
First-Line non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel.
Recurrent glioblastoma in adults.
Metastatic renal cell carcinoma in combination with interferon alfa.
Persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer, in combination with paclitaxel and cisplatin or paclitaxel and topotecan.
Epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, in combination with paclitaxel
Limitations of Use: ALYMSYS® is not indicated for adjuvant treatment of colon cancer.
